Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our Services. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
We do NOT share your phone number, SMS opt-in data, or consent with third parties for their marketing purposes, and will never sell, rent, loan, trade, lease, or otherwise transfer for profit any phone numbers or personal information collected through our SMS/text messaging program to any third party.
All categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text messaging services used to deliver messages on our behalf.
We may share your phone number with our technology service providers (such as our CRM platform) solely for the purpose of delivering text messages on our behalf. These providers are contractually bound to use your information only to provide the messaging service and are prohibited from using it for any other purpose.
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS communications from us unless you re-subscribe. Superior Power Electric and its service providers, including any CRM or messaging platform used on our behalf, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carriers are not responsible for the content of messages sent through our Services.
7) Information From Children
We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose Information from children under 16. If we learn that we have collected the Personal Information of a child under 16, we will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible.
