Terms of Service
The following terms govern your use of our website, electrical services, and all communications from Superior Power Electric.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of the website, applications, and other products and services, including electrical contracting services, email communications, SMS and text message services, appointment scheduling, review requests, and other message communication applications (collectively, our “Services”) provided by Superior Power Electric (“Superior Power Electric,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By clicking to indicate your acceptance of these Terms, submitting a form on our website, responding to our communications, or otherwise accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use our Services.

1) Eligibility and Authority
You must be at least 18 years of age or older to access or use our Services. If you are accessing or using our Services on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on that person or entity’s behalf and that the person or entity agrees to be responsible to us if you or the other person or entity violates these Terms.
2) Accounts and Electronic Communications
You may need to provide personal information such as your name, phone number, email address, and service address to access some or all of our Services. If you provide this information, you must ensure it is accurate and promptly update it if it changes. You must maintain the security of any account credentials and promptly notify us if you discover or suspect that someone has accessed your account without your permission.
By submitting a form on our website, providing your phone number, or requesting a quote or appointment from Superior Power Electric, you consent to receive electronic communications from Superior Power Electric (e.g., via email, SMS/text message, phone call, or by posting notices on our Services). These communications may include appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, quotes, invoices, service updates, review requests, and other transactional or informational messages related to our Services. You agree that any notices, agreements, disclosures, or other communications that we send to you electronically will satisfy any legal communication requirements, including, but not limited to, that such communications be in writing.
3) SMS/Text Message Communications
By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive text messages from Superior Power Electric, you agree to receive SMS and MMS messages related to our Services, including but not limited to:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Quote and estimate follow-ups
- Service status updates
- Review and feedback requests
- Informational messages about your electrical project
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our Services. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS communications from us unless you re-subscribe. Superior Power Electric and its service providers, including any CRM or messaging platform used on our behalf, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carriers are not responsible for the content of messages sent through our Services.

5) Our Services
Superior Power Electric provides licensed electrical contracting services for residential and commercial properties in Brampton, Mississauga, Vaughan, Caledon, Georgetown, Oakville, and the Greater Toronto Area. All work is performed by ESA/ECRA licensed electricians (License #7014710). Our Services include but are not limited to:
- Electrical panel upgrades and replacements
- Pot light and lighting installation
- EV charger installation
- Home rewiring and knob-and-tube replacement
- Commercial electrical work
- Emergency electrical repairs
- Electrical safety inspections
- Generator installation and transfer switches
6) Assessment Fee and Pricing
Our $49 on-site assessment fee covers a comprehensive evaluation of your electrical system. This fee is credited toward any work you authorize. Free remote estimates are available for projects where sufficient photos and details can be provided without a site visit.
All quotes are provided in writing before work begins. Prices are fixed once approved. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges. Additional work discovered during a project will be discussed and approved by you before proceeding.
7) Licensing and Insurance
Superior Power Electric is fully licensed (ESA/ECRA #7014710) and insured. All work complies with the Ontario Electrical Safety Code and is subject to ESA inspection where required.
8) Warranty
We stand behind our work. All installations include a workmanship warranty. Manufacturer warranties on products and materials are passed through to you as applicable.
9) Cancellation
You may cancel or reschedule an appointment with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a service fee.
10) Prohibited Conduct
You will not violate any applicable law, contract, intellectual property, or other third-party right or commit a tort, and you are solely responsible for your conduct while accessing or using our Services. When you access or use our Services, you will not:
- Engage in any harassing, threatening, intimidating, or stalking conduct
- Impersonate any person or entity, including any Superior Power Electric employee
- Use our Services in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect, or inhibit other users from fully enjoying our Services
- Reverse engineer any aspect of our Services or do anything that might discover source code or bypass measures employed to prevent or limit access to any part of our Services
- Use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or engage in, encourage, or promote any activity that violates these Terms
11) Compliance with Laws
You represent and warrant that your access to and use of the Services will comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including but not limited to those that relate to privacy and data protection and to the sending of electronic communications. You are solely responsible for determining whether our Services are suitable for use in light of any laws and regulations that govern your entity, industry, or relationship with your own contacts.
12) Intellectual Property
Our Services and the text, graphics, images, photographs, videos, illustrations, trademarks, trade names, service marks, logos, slogans, and other content contained therein (collectively, the “Superior Power Electric Content”) are owned by or licensed to Superior Power Electric and are protected under both Canadian and international laws. You are hereby granted a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to access and use our Services and Content for your own personal, non-commercial use.
13) Third-Party Content and Services
We may display content, advertisements, or promotions from third parties through the Services (“Third-Party Content”). We do not control, endorse, or adopt any Third-Party Content, and we make no representations or warranties of any kind regarding such content, including its accuracy or completeness. Your interactions with third parties providing Third-Party Content are solely between you and such third parties.
14) Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Superior Power Electric, its owner, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Superior Power Electric Parties”) from and against any loss, liability, claim, demand, damages, expenses, or costs (“Claims”) arising out of or related to (a) your access to or use of our Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation, misappropriation, or infringement of any rights of another (including intellectual property rights or privacy rights); or (d) your conduct in connection with our Services.
15) Disclaimers
Your use of our Services is at your sole risk. Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Superior Power Electric does not represent or warrant that our Services are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. The content on this website is for informational purposes only. While we strive to keep information accurate and up-to-date, we make no guarantees about the completeness or accuracy of website content.
16) Limitation of Liability
Superior Power Electric and the other Superior Power Electric Parties will not be liable to you under any theory of liability for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, punitive, or special damages or lost profits, even if Superior Power Electric has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The total liability of Superior Power Electric for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services is limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to access or use our Services. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
17) Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and your access to and use of our Services will be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute between the parties will be resolved in the courts of the Province of Ontario.
18) Changes to These Terms
We may make changes to these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will post the amended Terms to our Services and update the “Last Updated” date above. We may also attempt to notify you by sending an email or SMS notification to the contact information associated with your account. Unless we say otherwise in our notice, the amended Terms will be effective immediately and your continued access to and use of our Services after we provide notice will confirm your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop accessing and using our Services.
19) Termination
We reserve the right, without notice and in our sole discretion, to terminate your right to access or use our Services. We are not responsible for any loss or harm related to your inability to access or use our Services.
20) Severability
If any provision or part of a provision of these Terms is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision or part of the provision is deemed severable from these Terms and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
21) Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Superior Power Electric relating to your access to and use of our Services. The failure of Superior Power Electric to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. The section titles in these Terms are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
